
Process
Introduction: We kick-off the relationship with a virtual or face-to-face meeting to get to know each other. During this time I will gather information on your running background, training availability, scheduled races and goals. This is also time for you to get to know me and ask any questions you have.
Setup: Based on the information gathered in the meeting, I will setup an outline of the long-term plan for your training schedule, send a coaching invitation for Final Surge, a training platform, and begin scheduling your detailed plan.
Training: Workouts will be loaded to your Final Surge account a few weeks in advance. Running, strength & mobility, cross training and rest days will be programmed. Constant feedback will be provided through your account and recurring meetings can be scheduled as desired.
